ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a newly created team of Eight-The oversight requires you for deals registration, clearing, REAL-TIME Market Automated documentation and reporting, monitoring key insights from market sentiments, Market surveillance, as well as demand and competitive trends that affects and accountable for all aspects of our new generation of campaign planning and execution applications, engines and service lifecycle.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond appropriately to key market trends that affects (where decisions and executions have their immediate impact on the outcome of engagements) in real-time-IN CONFORMITY TO THE JOINT ALL-DOMAIN AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM OPERATIONS APPROACH, RADIO SPECTRUM APPROACH, JAIC (JOINT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTRE APPROACH), JADC2 (JOINT ALL-DOMAIN COMMAND AND CONTROL) APPROACH AND JADC2 ARCHITECTURE.
- Analyse and keep abreast of key market trends and the competitive landscape affecting our campaign planning and execution applications.
- Design and execute primary and secondary market trends, data modelling, data intelligence, operating model to the wider product development process team.
MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIPS
- Forge close partnerships with product manager and key players across the product development process team.
- Develop detailed analysis and models to synthetise data, extract insights and develop recommendations.
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing and monitoring the execution of the client-centric deals and asset allocation process.
- Lead initiatives to ensure the smooth running of the team and increase awareness of the team across the organization.
Technical
- Superior ability to design and execute deals registration, clearing, real-time market reporting and big data intelligence.
- Proven ability to synthesize data to develop and test products and services as well as elaborate strategies.
- Solid experience with project planning, project management, experience in manual reporting in recognised investment exchanges with proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience working with big data & advanced analytics, AIOps, ML, and utilising that data to drive tangible recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, AIOps and ML capabilities, with ability to deal with big data and advance analytics
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, determines and identifies specific cause of the underlying problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to condense ideas analysis and concepts into concise and impactful presentations and presents to management in a clear manner.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary/cross- functional project working groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistently strives to deliver beyond expectations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- At least 10years + of relevant experience in a strategy, product strategy, data intelligence, real-time market reporting, advance Analytics role very essential.
- Indepth-working knowledge and understanding of product development, execution venues, high performance computing.
- Academic level training in a quantitative field (MEng, MSci, EngD, or PhD), dynamic systems is essential..
- Good understanding of product mapping and trends from a strategy, planning, and product development perspective.
- Programming language is required (C++, Python, Django, SQL, Scala, knowledge of evaluation and reporting performance of algorithms is essential).
- Strong programming skills
